About The Position

As a Business Analyst, you will guide customers through the successful implementation of Onomatic into their operation. You’ll bridge the gap between operations and technology by gathering requirements, designing solutions, and supporting deployments of advanced warehouse and automation platforms.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or equivalent degree/experience
  • Excellent written and spoken English and French
  • The ability to speak more than 1 language is required for this role in order to conduct business outside of the province of Québec;
  • Hands-on experience in project implementations, ideally within supply chain or warehouse automation contexts
  • Be able to travel within Canada and the United States up to 30% of the time
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • A demonstrated interest for supply chain, logistics, and the impact of automation-driven optimization
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured approach to troubleshooting
  • Superior verbal and written communication and presentation skills;
  • Comfort balancing multiple priorities with limited guidance
  • Experience working under pressure to deliver results in fast-paced project environments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and colleagues
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote collaboration with on-site customer engagement

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with supply chain-related software or businesses;
  • Exposure to warehouse automation technologies (e.g., conveyors, AMRs, AS/RS)
  • Familiarity with integration between enterprise systems

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and customer stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
  • Translate operational needs into functional and technical specifications for WMS and automation solutions
  • Configure and maintain solution modules for orchestration, execution, and system integration
  • Support testing cycles (UAT, SIT) and validate system behavior against business processes
  • Analyze issues in real-time, coordinate with technical teams, and drive resolution
  • Document solutions, workflows, and configurations for customer handoff
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to customer users and internal teams
  • Monitor platform performance during go-live and stabilization
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as required
