You will benefit from flexibility to balance your work and personal life. As a system business analyst, you will be joining a team in the distribution and manufacturing industry. This position will involve working with business partners on gathering requirements and identifying paths for improvement with their ERP processes, as well as implementing D365 BC with new business partners, or any other complementary information systems. The system business analyst will be on the full life cycle of system implementations, from gap analysis, design, testing and deployment, and post go-live support and training. The primary focus of this role is to have a global vision of system standardization across multiple sites and be able to suggest reutilization as the organization grows in term of sites and business processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or another ERP system.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Experience working with ERP systems in a Distribution and Manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in Distribution and Supply Chain operations.
  • Strong understanding of how ERP systems function and support business processes.
  • Solid knowledge of distribution and supply chain workflows.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks of varying complexity simultaneously.
  • Strong business acumen with a good understanding of system integration, orchestration, and reuse.
  • Ability to think outside the box and propose innovative solutions.
  • Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with business partners across the organization.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Implement Dynamics Business Central with the help of an integrator
  • Implement new processes and systems in alignment with continuous improvement goals
  • Translate business needs to functional requirements
  • Communicate efficiently with department heads for business requirements
  • Analyze user needs and make appropriate recommendations based on existing systems and vision
  • Document designs, business rules, processes, and implementations
  • With the developer and key users, test software for any bugs and ensure that software meets business requirements. Troubleshoot and fix potential issues
  • Plan tasks, adjust and help teammates according to sprint goals, review priorities, demo completed items every sprint
