Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information technology and analytics, or a related field, and four years of experience working with data in procurement, supply chain, or a related field. Alternatively, a master’s degree in business, finance, information technology and analytics, or a related field and two years of experience in working with data in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI), and data visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Experience and knowledge of database principles and system architecture

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for key Procurement KPIs, including spend under management, First-Time Invoice Match Rate, cost reduction, and cost avoidance.
  • Deliver robust data analytics to support data-driven decision-making in Procurement.
  • Conduct data mining, analysis, and market research using tools such as SAP Cloud Analytics, Coupa Analytics, and Microsoft applications.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify actionable insights and trends, and provide feedback to department leaders.
  • Ensure data quality by developing strong standards and controls to maintain data integrity and accessibility.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying reporting needs and helping design and implement operational enhancements.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of Procurement process standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Participate in the Master Data Governance program by updating the data dictionary and related procedures.
  • Support Category Managers and Buyers with analytics for sourcing events, supplier management, market research, quote analysis, and negotiation strategy.
  • Analyze supplier contracts and sourcing data to support reporting and category strategy metrics.
  • Collaborate with Procurement Systems Administration and Information Services to facilitate IT system changes and ensure alignment with procurement needs.
  • Champion and support the Procure-to-Pay process and its continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Maintain key stakeholder relationships (internal and external) to support Procurement performance and improvement initiatives.
