About The Position

This is a client-facing Implementations Intake Analyst position in the FIS Issuing Solutions organization. Issuing Solutions supports FIS clients who process their Debit and or Credit programs using FIS solutions like PaymentsOne. This is a full-time hybrid position required onsite at one of our locations. Current and future sponsorship are not available for this position.

Requirements

  • Experience in a high-volume ticket/request environment and working a backlog is required
  • Detail oriented approach is a must
  • High level customer communication skills are a must
  • Ability to create and maintain internal partnerships is critical

Nice To Haves

  • SLA adherence experience preferred
  • Revenue generating mindset is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Managing Customer Request for Estimates

  • Assessing scope and refining requirements
