As an Implementation Analyst, you will collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to facilitate smooth implementations of FeneVision products and ensure they deliver tangible value. Your role involves validating and documenting project outcomes, supporting knowledge transfer within the team, and fostering strong, long-term client relationships. This position also requires cross-functional collaboration, adaptability to evolving project requirements, and travel as needed.

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Engineering Technology or equivalent.
  • 2-3+ years experience with software implementation.
  • Service oriented with the motivation to meet tight deadlines.
  • Adept at overseeing multiple tasks and projects.
  • Ability to perform individually while working as part of a global team.
  • Proactive profile and a sense of ownership of assigned project tasks.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Works independently and effectively at client sites.
  • Detail Oriented.
  • A strong knowledge of software systems
  • Availability to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal and customer project teams to deliver successful implementations of FeneVision products.
  • Provide support, and guidance to our customers to help them quickly get value out of our product and solution offerings.
  • Test configuration and solutions to ensure they satisfy customer requirements.
  • Manage and update task assignments to meet company and customer commitments.
  • Create and updates client facing documentation including, but not limited to, meeting minutes and trip reports.
  • Support knowledge transfer to other team members or FeneVision groups.
  • Commitment to building long and lasting client relationships.
