About The Position

Restaurant Brands International Inc. (RBI) is seeking an Analyst, Fundraising & Programs to support its mission of building beloved restaurant brands. RBI is a global leader in the quick service restaurant industry, operating brands such as TIM HORTONS®, BURGER KING®, POPEYES®, and FIREHOUSE SUBS®. The company is committed to sustainable outcomes through its Restaurant Brands for Good framework. This role will focus on supporting annual giving campaigns, in-restaurant fundraising programs, grant administration, and community engagement initiatives, contributing to the overall goals of the Popeyes Foundation and RBI's community support efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in philanthropy, fundraising, CSR, or corporate giving.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem solver with strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or aptitude with Microsoft Office Suite (strong Excel skills needed), Raiser’s Edge, Submittable, and Webflow (or similar software).
  • Familiarity with donor databases, grants management, and digital engagement tools.

Responsibilities

  • Support annual giving campaigns and in-restaurant fundraising programs.
  • Coordinate logistics for fundraising events.
  • Maintain accurate donor records and ensure data integrity in Raiser’s Edge.
  • Process donations, pledges, and acknowledgments promptly.
  • Generate reports, mailing lists, and campaign analytics, track progress toward fundraising goals.
  • Segment and analyze donor data to inform outreach and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Popeyes Foundation team on Convention priorities, including event preparation, booth staffing, silent auction procurement and fulfillment, and fulfillment of fundraising contributions.
  • Manage inventory and shipments of Foundation merchandise (e.g., t-shirts, event swag).
  • Support grant administration and maintain records in the online grants management system (Submittable).
  • Conduct outreach and follow-up with local nonprofit partners.
  • Serve as a liaison for local volunteer opportunities, supporting RSC and community engagement initiatives.
  • Provide support for quarterly board meetings by organizing onsite logistics, preparing materials, ensuring smooth execution and accurate documentation before, during, and after the meeting.
  • Manage the [email protected] inbox and respond to community inquiries.
  • Coordinate and complete quarterly updates to popeyesfoundation.org.
