About The Position

As an Analyst, Customer Accounts at RXO, you will support customer-facing analytics and reporting by identifying trends, escalating risks, and contributing to data-driven insights. You will work closely with senior analysts and managers to help resolve customer issues, support reviews, and ensure reporting accuracy. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• 1–2 years of experience supporting customers, operations, or analytics functions
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to follow established processes while managing multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Support trend analysis to surface key performance insights and operational risks for assigned accounts
• Assist with preparing operational reporting for monthly and quarterly business reviews
• Support query development, dashboard updates, and standardized report templates under guidance
• Ensure accuracy and quality of customer deliverables by validating data, proofreading reports, and maintaining consistent formatting
• Monitor account utilization and flag opportunities or concerns for escalation to senior team members
• Respond to customer inquiries related to reporting, service performance, and basic operational metrics
