About The Position

The Travel & Expense (T&E) Analyst supports the administration of the company’s Travel & Expense program, ensuring accurate processing, reconciliation, and compliance with corporate policy. This role partners with Accounts Payable, Finance, and business stakeholders to manage expense activity, resolve issues, and drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the end-to-end T&E program, including expense report processing, reimbursements, and corporate card support in a global environment
  • Monitor expense report non-compliance to ensure timely submission, approval, and compliance with company standards
  • Perform reconciliations of T&E accounts, corporate card transactions, and expense reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Provide support to employees regarding T&E policies, procedures, and system-related inquiries
  • Generate and analyze reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support enhancements and operational alignment
  • Assist in the design, testing, and rollout of virtual card solutions, including vendor onboarding, training, and adoption support
  • Identify process improvement opportunities driving the continuous improvement of our business systems to support initiatives.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
