About The Position

Texas Instruments is seeking an Analog Design Manager to direct and guide a research or technical design function responsible for designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating analog and mixed-signal electronic parts, components, or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment and other hardware systems. The role may evaluate final results of research and development projects to ensure technical objectives are accomplished. It also includes preparing and presenting reports on technical project outcomes and recommending actions needed to achieve desired results. The manager may select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
Minimum of 20 years of experience.
