About The Position

This role is responsible for leading recruitment processes from vacancy opening to hiring, ensuring compliance with defined times and standards. It also involves designing and implementing strategies to attract talent in local and international markets for executive and managerial roles. The position requires analyzing recruitment indicators (time to fill, quality of hire, recruitment sources) and implementing continuous improvements. Additionally, it entails executing and monitoring the performance management cycle, ensuring correct objective loading and alignment in the system, coordinating performance and competency evaluations, providing support to leaders and collaborators, monitoring progress and timeliness, and consolidating information for basic reports and analysis.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years managing end-to-end selection processes for multiple executive and managerial profiles.
  • Experience in performance cycle management and talent management cycle.
  • Experience interacting with leaders and stakeholders at the executive level.
  • Knowledge in competency-based interview techniques.
  • Knowledge of best practices in performance and talent management.
  • Knowledge of data management, analysis, and processing.
  • Advanced Excel, knowledge of data visualization programs such as Power BI, Tableau.
  • Advanced English level.

Nice To Haves

  • Desirable experience in dynamic or highly regulated industries.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources.
