About The Position

AMPLIFON USA INC. IS SEEKING AN AMERICAS HR SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT FOR ITS OFFICES IN MINNEAPOLIS, MN. This role involves strategic HR leadership, business partnership, talent management, fostering employee experience and culture, ensuring compliance and risk management, leading the HR team, driving operational excellence, and supporting organizational change.

Requirements

  • 15 years of experience in the field of HR Management.
  • 10 years of experience in national and international senior leadership teams, directly steering the HR agenda to support business results.
  • 10 years HR generalist with experience especially in business partnering and talent management (recruitment and development) ideally acquired in a fast-growing modern complex organization.
  • 10 years of experience in leading transformations, know-how in transforming an administrative HR organization to a high performing organization.
  • 10 years of strong business acumen with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • 10 years of consulting with executives regarding policy decisions impacting internal regulations using critical thinking skills.
  • 10 years of experience leading ethical committees and HR related compliance topics internationally.
  • 10 years of experience in global management, including collaborating with individuals, executive leadership teams, and HR corporate teams across diverse roles and cultural backgrounds, within a complex organizational structure.
  • 5 years proven experience managing HR functions across multiple countries.
  • Consolidated experience leading teams of HR professionals and managers.
  • 5 years of experience in a matrixed, fast-paced, global organization.
  • 5 years in a senior leadership role in international contexts.
  • 5 years of experience with HRIS systems, preferably with Oracle or comparable modules.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the business objectives in the Americas region, ensuring alignment with the global HR vision and company values.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to regional business leaders, providing guidance on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, change management, and leadership development.
  • Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, employee development, and retention initiatives to ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
  • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives. Build a strong, cohesive culture across diverse geographies and teams.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations across all countries in the region. Manage risk by implementing sound HR governance, policies, and controls.
  • Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR organization by attracting, selecting and retaining top-tier talent across a geographically distributed team across the Americas, ensuring the team is equipped to deliver strategic and operational excellence. Facilitate HR communications and reporting.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits, performance management, HR analytics, and systems implementation in coordination with global COEs (Centers of Excellence).
  • Support organizational transformations, mergers/acquisitions, and restructuring initiatives as needed across the region.
