About The Position

The Ambulatory Program Assistant Coordinator (APAC) supports newly established HIV patients as they enter care and connect with resources available through the Ryan White Program. This patient-facing coordination role helps patients navigate program eligibility, access essential services, and address socioeconomic needs. The APAC works closely with physicians, nurse coordinators, case management resources, and other multidisciplinary partners to support access to treatment and continuity of care, including for patients throughout Virginia.
