About The Position

Dunkin’ is seeking dedicated and reliable Team Members to help open the store, with shifts beginning as early as 4:00 AM to prepare for the 5:00 AM opening. This role is suited to people who enjoy morning hours and a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Team Members serve guests, prepare food and beverages, maintain the store, and work collaboratively with colleagues and shift leaders. Evening availability until 11:00 PM is a plus; weekends and holidays may be required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable and punctual, with reliable transportation.
• Must be available to work as early as 4:00 AM for opening shifts.
• Weekends and holidays may be required.

• Previous food service or quick-service restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Arrive by 4:00 AM to begin opening preparation duties.
