About The Position

Dunkin’ is seeking dedicated and reliable Team Members to help open the store and prepare it for its 5:00 AM opening. This role is suited to people who thrive in the morning and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Opening shifts may begin as early as 4:00 AM. Evening availability until 11:00 PM is a plus, and weekends and holidays may be required.

Crew Members greet and serve guests, prepare and package food and beverages according to Dunkin’ standards, maintain store cleanliness and organization, and work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders. They may also support closing duties as needed. Applicants must be at least 16 years old, dependable and punctual, have reliable transportation, and be able to work on their feet in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and customer service skills are required. Previous food service or quick-service restaurant experience is helpful but not required.
