About The Position

Are you an early riser looking to jumpstart your day with energy, coffee, and a great team? Join Dunkin’ and help us open our doors bright and early! We are seeking dedicated and reliable Team Members who are available to begin shifts as early as 4:00 AM to help prep the store for our 5:00 AM opening. This position is perfect for those who thrive in the morning hours and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Previous food service or QSR experience is helpful, but not required
• Evening availability until 11:00 PM is a plus

Responsibilities

• Arrive by 4:00 AM to begin opening prep duties
• Greet and serve guests with a positive attitude
• Prepare and package food and beverages according to Dunkin’ standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Support closing duties as needed (available as late as 11:00 PM)
• Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders
