AM Crew Member
About The Position
Dunkin’ is seeking dedicated and reliable Team Members to help open the store and serve guests in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Opening shifts may begin as early as 4:00 AM to prepare for the 5:00 AM store opening. Evening availability until 11:00 PM is a plus, and weekends and holidays may be required. The role includes greeting and serving guests, preparing food and beverages, maintaining the store, and working collaboratively with team members and shift leaders. Applicants must be at least 16 years old. Previous food service or quick-service restaurant experience is helpful but not required.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable and punctual, with reliable transportation.
- Must be available to work as early as 4:00 AM for opening shifts.

Responsibilities
