About The Position

Dunkin’ is seeking dedicated and reliable Team Members to help open the store. This role is suited to people who thrive in the morning and enjoy a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Crew Members begin opening preparation as early as 4:00 AM for the store’s 5:00 AM opening, serve guests, prepare food and beverages, and help maintain the store. Evening availability until 11:00 PM is a plus, and weekends or holidays may be required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable and punctual, with reliable transportation.
• Must be available to work as early as 4:00 AM for opening shifts.
• Weekends and holidays may be required.

Nice To Haves

• Evening availability until 11:00 PM.
• Previous food service or quick-service restaurant (QSR) experience.

Responsibilities

• Arrive by 4:00 AM to begin opening preparation duties.
• Greet and serve guests with a positive attitude.
• Prepare and package food and beverages according to Dunkin’ standards.
