About The Position

Dunkin’ is hiring dedicated and reliable Team Members to help open the store and serve guests. This role is suited to people who enjoy morning shifts and a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Opening shifts begin as early as 4:00 AM to prepare for the store’s 5:00 AM opening. Evening availability until 11:00 PM is a plus, and weekends and holidays may be required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable and punctual, with reliable transportation.
• Must be available to work as early as 4:00 AM for opening shifts.

Nice To Haves

• Evening availability until 11:00 PM.
• Previous food service or quick-service restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Arrive by 4:00 AM to perform opening preparation duties.
• Greet and serve guests with a positive attitude.
• Prepare and package food and beverages according to Dunkin’ standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Support closing duties as needed.
