Allergist - AI Research Participants - United States (Remote)
About The Position
Prolific is inviting US-based physicians with experience in allergy and immunology to join its Expert Network for paid research and AI-related tasks. Applicants must be registered physicians with a current US medical license and must be willing to provide an NPI for verification. Eligible applicants may be invited to a dedicated Prolific workspace. After credential verification, they may be invited to complete training or a qualification assessment. Physicians who meet project requirements and pass the assessment may be invited to take part in project tasks. This is a remote, freelance, task-based research participation opportunity, not clinical employment or a salaried physician position. There are no guaranteed hours, task volumes, or ongoing work. The indicative rate for invited paid screening is US$130 per hour, and project task rates start at US$216 per hour; these are task-based rates rather than guaranteed earnings. Applicants can review each task’s details, estimated time, and confirmed pay before deciding whether to participate. Invitations, assessments, project access, and task availability depend on eligibility and project requirements, and applying does not guarantee an assessment invitation, acceptance, or paid work. Participants complete expert registration and medical-credential verification, and may complete an assessment if invited. If qualified and selected, they apply their allergy and immunology experience to available research and AI-related tasks and follow the instructions and confidentiality requirements for each task. Applicants need a computer, reliable internet access, and the ability to follow detailed online instructions. They should not include patient information in applications or task submissions. Existing Prolific account holders should follow recruitment team instructions and should not create a duplicate account.
Requirements
- Currently reside in the United States.
- Be a registered physician with a current US medical license and experience in allergy and immunology.
- Be willing to provide an NPI and complete medical-credential verification during onboarding; physician and license eligibility must also be verified.
- Be willing to complete required training or a qualification assessment after verification.
- Have access to a computer and reliable internet connection, and be able to follow detailed online instructions.
Responsibilities
- Complete expert registration and medical-credential verification through Prolific’s onboarding process.
- Complete an assessment if invited to establish suitability for the project.
- If qualified and selected, apply allergy and immunology experience to paid research and AI-related tasks as they become available.
- Follow the instructions and confidentiality requirements provided for each task.
