About The Position
We are a planning and hospitality company specializing in resort vacations, including romantic escapes and group retreats. The All-Inclusive Resort Coordinator assists clients with planning and booking resort vacations tailored to their needs and provides service throughout the process. This is a remote, client-facing role suited to an organized, personable, detail-oriented, and service-driven person who enjoys vacation planning and working independently in a virtual setting. The position offers flexible scheduling, ongoing training and professional development, access to industry tools, resources, and resort networks, performance-based incentive opportunities, a supportive team culture, growth potential, and travel perks and destination learning experiences. The stated salary range is $30,000–$65,000 a year.
Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their vacation preferences, travel dates, and budget.

- Assist with special requests, itinerary changes, and follow-up support.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage booking documentation.
- Stay updated on popular resort destinations, seasonal promotions, and hospitality trends.
