The position is responsible for scope of work development, program development, contract management, and contract negotiations for contracts related to Janitorial, Window Cleaning, and Maintenance Services. The Contract Administrator will work in a fast-paced environment at DEN, collaborating with various internal and external groups such as the Office of Economic Development, Contractors, federal governing agencies, Business Management Services, and Finance. The role requires ensuring contract requirements align with current industry best practices and involves training with other Contract Administrators to learn DEN’s processes for change orders, schedule of values, invoice auditing, and document control. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, analytical abilities, effective communication, and the capacity to multitask.
