Requirements

Valid Driver's License (+1 years)
18+ years of age
Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
Ability to pass a background check according to the DOT Pass and ID office
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, tenants, and airport personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminal areas, access points, parking facilities, perimeter areas, and other assigned airport locations; working environments and conditions may vary throughout the location.
Monitor and report suspicious activity, unauthorized access, hazards, and unusual conditions to appropriate personnel in accordance with site procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with airport operations and public agencies as directed.
Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and required documentation while providing clear communication to supervisors and site contacts.
