About The Position

Unifi is seeking Airport Ramp Agents to support airline ground services and help aircraft and passengers reach their destinations safely. No prior experience is required, and paid training is provided. The role involves marshalling aircraft, handling baggage and cargo, operating ramp equipment, and potentially providing cabin services. Work must be carried out in accordance with company safety and operational standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to obtain credentials required by airport, state, or customs requirements.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to frequently lift more than 70 pounds and constantly lift up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to constantly push and pull up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, and bend.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Ability and willingness to work outdoors in weather that may include severe seasonal conditions.

Responsibilities

• Marshall arriving, departing, and towed aircraft on the ramp.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect aircraft wings from equipment during pushback and de-ice aircraft as required.
• Load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, airmail, freight, and company materials between aircraft bins and ramp equipment.
• Operate ramp equipment, including bag tugs, belt loaders, aircraft tow tractors, water servicing vehicles, and lavatory servicing vehicles.
• Perform cabin service duties when assigned, including servicing the aircraft, cleaning lavatories and the cabin, and restocking supplies.
• Follow all safety procedures and policies and complete work in a safe and secure manner consistent with company standards.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents and potential hazards in accordance with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the skills, experience, and capabilities expected for the position.
