About The Position

A recruiting firm seeking to become more AI-forward is hiring a local consultant to work with its team in Playa Vista. The consultant will observe how the firm operates, identify which parts of its recruiting workflows are good candidates for automation and which should remain manual, and help the team learn to implement practical AI workflows. The role emphasizes teaching and collaboration rather than simply building solutions and leaving. The consultant will work across multiple tools, including connecting them with MCPs, and lead hands-on learning sessions. In-person meetings are expected a few times per week during the first 1–2 months, approximately 10 AM–1 PM. The engagement is on a consulting basis.

Requirements

• Live in Los Angeles and be able to meet in person in Playa Vista.
• Be available to meet a few times per week during the first 2–4 weeks, roughly 10 AM–1 PM.
• Work on a consulting basis.

Responsibilities

• Shadow the firm's recruiting workflows and identify what is worth automating versus what should remain manual.
• Advise on practical and strategic AI workflows rather than pursuing tools for their own sake.
• Build and connect workflows across multiple tools, including using MCPs, collaboratively with the team.
• Teach the team through hands-on sessions and provide patient guidance as they develop their capabilities.
