AI Workflow Consultant (In-Person, Playa Vista)
About The Position
A recruiting firm seeking to become more AI-forward is looking for a Los Angeles-based consultant to work in person with the team in Playa Vista. The consultant will observe existing recruiting workflows, identify which processes are suitable for automation and which should remain manual, and help the team build AI workflows across multiple tools, including by connecting tools with MCPs. The role emphasizes practical, strategic recommendations rather than adopting tools for their own sake, and hands-on collaboration that teaches the team as the workflows are developed. The engagement involves meeting in Playa Vista a few times per week for the first 1–2 months, roughly 10 AM–1 PM, on a consulting basis.
Requirements
- Live in Los Angeles.
- Be able to meet in person in Playa Vista on a consulting basis.
- Be able to meet a few times per week during the initial 1–2 months, roughly 10 AM–1 PM.
Responsibilities
- Observe and shadow the firm’s recruiting workflows.
- Identify which workflows and tasks are worth automating and which should remain manual.
- Recommend practical and strategic AI workflows.
- Build workflows across multiple tools and connect them using MCPs in collaboration with the team.
- Teach the team through hands-on sessions while building workflows.
