AI Technical Project Manager
About The Position
The AI Technical Project Manager will support planning, execution, and governance of technology initiatives within EY’s Americas Office of CTO (OCTO) – Product and Architecture Delivery (PAD) team. The role calls for strong PMO, product delivery, and Agile expertise, including hands-on Jira experience. A key initiative is the AI-Native Development Environment (ANDE), for which the Project Manager will drive ANDE/Agile ceremonies, maintain project governance, manage delivery plans, and ensure accurate tracking and reporting across multiple workstreams. The role partners with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional product, architecture, and engineering teams. It supports product backlog prioritization, roadmap alignment, delivery milestones, feature releases, and adoption metrics, and operates in a “Flow Master” capacity under the ANDE framework to help ensure ANDE pilots are run effectively and on time.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project governance.
- Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence, including dashboards, reporting, and workflow management.
- Experience with PMO processes, project reporting, RAID management, governance, and stakeholder communications.
- Experience supporting product development and Agile product delivery.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, backlog prioritization, and roadmap planning.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience collaborating with Product Owners, UX, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-centric products and solutions.
- Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.
Nice To Haves

- Experience and interest working with AI tools, agents, products, etc.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate ANDE/Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies in alignment with PMO standards.
- Administer and maintain Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
- Track sprint progress, monitor delivery metrics, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Support resource planning, governance activities, RAID management, and executive reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement of ANDE/Agile and project management processes.
- Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to refine and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and delivery objectives.
- Coordinate product roadmap planning to align product strategy and delivery execution.
- Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and ensure user stories are well-defined, estimated, and ready for development.
- Track product delivery milestones, feature releases, and adoption metrics, providing visibility into progress and business outcomes.
- Operate in a “Flow Master” capacity according to the ANDE framework and support product, architecture, and engineering roles to ensure ANDE pilots are run effectively and on time.
