About The Position

OneAtlas is seeking an AI Project Manager to lead delivery of its growing AI project portfolio. The role coordinates cross-functional teams and vendor resources, manages timelines and resources, and ensures AI initiatives are completed on schedule and within scope. The successful candidate will maintain an effective project pipeline, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes. Projects must align with enterprise AI governance, security, and compliance requirements. Occasional travel of less than 10% is estimated for vendor or stakeholder meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of project management experience, including AI, software, or technology project delivery.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing project schedules, vendor coordination, budgeting, and risk tracking.
• Experience preparing technical documentation, project reports, and executive-level status updates.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, and Microsoft 365, or similar project management platforms.
• Working knowledge of corporate IT and AI project delivery practices, including governance, security, and compliance considerations.
• Ability to travel occasionally, estimated at less than 10% for vendor or stakeholder meetings.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset and ability to manage priorities and drive projects forward with minimal oversight.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects, stakeholders, and competing deadlines.
• Ability to build effective working relationships across cross-functional teams and business units.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

• PMP certification; equivalent project management experience will be considered.
• CAPM, PMP, or equivalent project management certification.
• Power BI experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close AI and IT projects while managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendor resources throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and escalations to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Maintain project plans, documentation, schedules, and reporting within project management tools.
• Ensure project execution aligns with enterprise AI governance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Support resource planning, forecasting, and prioritization across the AI project portfolio.
