About The Position
SharkNinja is looking for a self-motivated Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our Engineering team. You'll be the glue that connects Engineering, Design, Marketing, Supply Chain, and our global partners, so the right product reaches the market at the right time. You own the what: the product direction, scope, and schedule. Your design manager and engineering partners own the how. Together you're jointly accountable for delivering 5★ products, the right product, at the right time, and ensuring full transparency with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2+ years in project management or engineering (project management preferred)
- Experience working with software teams
- Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle, ideally in plastics or consumer products
- Technical understanding of manufacturing processes and their limits
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the listening and influencing skills to build collaborative relationships
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- A hands-on work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders, such as the executive team or board
- Budget management experience
Responsibilities
- Align daily with Engineering on tasks and deliverables
- Build project plans and lead internal team meetings
- Track and drive technical issues to closure in JIRA
- Translate complex technical challenges into clear updates for non-technical, cross-functional teams
- Support the project team with hands-on technical activities
- Support legacy products day to day and prepare updates for executive reviews
