About The Position

Qurrent is seeking highly motivated, results-oriented AI Strategists to shape AI solution delivery for customers. The role partners closely with customers to identify challenges and opportunities, then designs, implements, and delivers tailored AI solutions using Qurrent’s Platform. AI Strategists lead bespoke implementation projects from needs assessment through launch and ongoing support, while coordinating customer stakeholders and collaborating with Qurrent’s engineering and product teams. They also educate executive customers about AI capabilities and limitations, manage expectations, and relay customer insights to inform product development.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience leading complex technical projects, preferably in AI or a related technology space such as RPA.
• Knowledge of AI agent capabilities and their application in business contexts.
• Understanding of the possibilities and limitations of LLMs and AI agents.
• Strong business acumen and interest in process optimization and transformation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional project outcomes and exceed customer expectations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
• Ability to synthesize customer feedback into actionable product-development insights.
• Experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with bespoke AI solutions or similar custom technology implementations.
• Experience educating and advising executive-level customers on technology solutions.
• Ability to manage complex customer relationships involving multiple stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of bespoke AI implementation, from initial needs assessment through launch and ongoing support.
• Manage customer stakeholders, updates, approvals, and process mapping.
• Identify opportunities for business process optimization and transformation through AI integration with Qurrent’s Platform.
• Scope custom AI solutions in collaboration with Qurrent’s engineering team.
• Create project requirement documents and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Build strong customer relationships and serve as a trusted advisor through service design and delivery.
• Conduct customer research and gather implementation insights to inform Qurrent’s product development roadmap.
• Communicate customer feedback to Product Engineering to drive continuous improvement of Qurrent’s Platform.
• Educate executive customers about the benefits and limitations of AI solutions and manage their expectations.
