About The Position

Silverado is hiring a strategic, hands-on business transformation leader to partner across the organization, identify operational challenges, and implement practical AI and automation solutions. The role aims to improve productivity, efficiency, and employee experience, owning initiatives from discovery through implementation and adoption. The position is based at Silverado’s Home Office in Irvine, California, though remote candidates will be considered. Travel to Silverado communities and business locations is required as needed. The strategist will work with teams throughout the organization, observe and map workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and lead initiatives through Silverado’s improvement process. The role also involves researching and implementing AI solutions, developing adoption and training plans, facilitating stakeholder alignment, measuring outcomes, and creating reusable frameworks. AI and automation initiatives must align with healthcare privacy, security, compliance, and organizational requirements, with careful handling of PHI, ePHI, credentials, and sensitive business information.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
Demonstrated experience leading operational improvement, business transformation, AI, automation, product operations, consulting, implementation, or change management initiatives.
Proven experience owning complex business problems from discovery through implementation and measurable results.
Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar technologies in a business environment.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate operational challenges into practical solutions.
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive initiatives without direct authority.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Experience with AI, automation, low-code, workflow, or productivity platforms.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving organizational change.

Nice To Haves

Advanced degree preferred.
Healthcare, HIPAA, or other regulated-industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders across Operations, HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT, Sales, Marketing, and Legal to identify opportunities to improve work.
Observe workflows firsthand, map current processes, and identify inefficiencies, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
Lead initiatives through Silverado’s improvement process: Discover, Diagnose, Prioritize, Design, Pilot, Validate, and Scale.
Build and manage a portfolio of high-impact business improvement opportunities.
Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and productivity tools to reduce administrative burden and improve employee effectiveness.
Research, pilot, and implement practical AI solutions for everyday workflows.
Design adoption strategies, training resources, and implementation plans that drive sustainable results.
Serve as an internal AI subject matter expert and trusted advisor.
Facilitate workshops and working sessions to uncover innovation opportunities and gain stakeholder alignment.
Build trust with frontline employees and leaders to drive adoption of new processes and technologies.
Measure outcomes, track business impact, and continuously optimize solutions.
Develop scalable frameworks and repeatable playbooks for organization-wide use.
Ensure AI and automation initiatives align with healthcare privacy, security, compliance, and organizational requirements.
Exercise sound judgment when working with PHI, ePHI, credentials, and sensitive business information.
Partner with Privacy, Security, Legal, Compliance, and IT teams to support responsible AI adoption and risk management.
