About The Position
Trident Consulting is seeking an AI Organizational Change Manager for a client described as a global leader in business and technology services. This remote role requires some travel to Atlanta and is offered as a W2 contract. The position leads end-to-end Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives for managed services engagements, developing change strategies, communications, stakeholder engagement, and training to support transformation and user adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Change Leadership, or Transformation programs.
- Proven experience delivering OCM for large-scale enterprise or managed services engagements.
- Strong expertise in stakeholder management, communication planning, training, and change adoption.
- Excellent leadership, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Prosci ADKAR or other recognized change management methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives for managed services engagements.
- Develop and execute change management strategies, communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and training programs.
- Assess organizational change impacts and drive user adoption through effective change interventions.
- Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful transformation outcomes.
- Monitor change adoption metrics, identify risks, and recommend continuous process improvements.
