We are seeking an AI Marketing Specialist (Automation & Personalization) for a full-time role at Proof-of-Skill. This is a remote role. You will be responsible for leveraging AI tools and automation to optimize marketing campaigns, personalize user experiences, and drive growth across channels.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (email, social, performance marketing)
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
- Familiarity with AI tools for content, analytics, and personalization (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.)
- Ability to segment audiences and create personalized marketing journeys
- Basic understanding of data analysis and campaign performance metrics
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization
- Knowledge of CRM tools and customer lifecycle management
- Strong communication and copywriting skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Self-driven with high ownership in a remote setup
Responsibilities
- Design and execute automated marketing campaigns across channels
- Use AI tools to create and optimize marketing content and workflows
- Build personalized user journeys based on behavior and segmentation
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for conversions and engagement
- Run A/B tests to improve messaging, targeting, and outcomes
