About The Position

Supports and optimizes advanced marketing automation workflows and leads strategies at Bloomberg Industry Group. Executes and enhances lead nurture, scoring, routing, and lifecycle programs. Proactively manages platform integrations and provides strategic insights to improve marketing performance. Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, serves as an informal mentor and technical advisor to help the team maximize the impact of INDG's marketing automation platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with a MAP (preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Experience with CRM integration (Salesforce preferred) and troubleshooting sync issues.
  • Proficiency in HTML and SQL for customization and data management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategic actions.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear business terms.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B or agency environments.
  • Familiarity with project documentation tools like Confluence and Jira.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
  • Relevant marketing automation certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize advanced workflows, lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle implementation.
  • Proactively manage MAP-CRM sync issues and develop platform logic to ensure seamless lead flow.
  • Advise marketing and sales teams on automation best practices.
  • Lead campaign execution, including dynamic content, triggered workflows, and A/B testing.
  • Maintain operational documentation, support compliance, and ensure data hygiene.
  • Serve as an informal mentor, providing training and guidance to junior team members.
