About The Position

This opportunity is for an ambitious entrepreneur to start and scale a startup in a field such as AI Infrastructure. You will own, build, and run your startup, taking full responsibility for its development and growth. The program offers the choice of a salary while building the startup as a direct employee or up to €500,000 in funding. Support includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders and investors, help hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, guidance on product-market fit and sales or marketing, and intensive coaching to prepare for raising funding. Fellows also follow a customized personal development program focused on goal, time, and energy management.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
