About The Position

This opportunity is for an ambitious entrepreneur to start and scale a startup in a field such as AI Infrastructure. The fellow will own, build, and run their startup, with the option of being directly employed and receiving a salary while building it or opting for up to €500,000 in funding. Support includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a founder and investor community, help with team building through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, and assistance with product-market fit, sales, marketing, and fundraising. Fellows receive a customized personal development programme and intensive coaching to prepare their startup to raise millions in funding.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M or more in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the startup and scale it toward €100M or more in revenue.
• Participate in a customized personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
• Build a team with support from the network of more than 50,000 professionals.
• Iterate the product toward product-market fit and develop a sales force or marketing engine.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding, with coaching and funding support.
