They work with major mobile companies globally and have facilitated over $1 billion in ad spend. The company operates with a remote-first culture across 20+ countries. This role is for an AI Growth Marketing Manager to join the SplitMetrics Mobile Growth Partners team, focusing on building a marketing engine to attract enterprise-level clients to their managed mobile growth services. The position is not about traditional campaign management but about engineering a system for lead discovery and engagement, targeting top-tier apps and games globally.

Requirements

  • Builder mindset: Growth Marketer who speaks 'Systems' and prefers building agents over manual research.
  • AI proficiency: Comfortable with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, n8n, or similar agentic environments.
  • Vibecoding as part of daily workflow.
  • Enterprise experience: Understanding of long-cycle, high-trust B2B lead generation for global service providers.
  • Focus on impact over activity: Prioritizes pipeline generated over 'likes' or 'impressions'.
  • Self-directed operator capable of working across European and US time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Build and ship AI agents and workflows (Codex, Claude Code, OpenClaw, n8n) to automate lead discovery and personalized engagement.
  • Design strategies to target Upmarket and Enterprise ICPs, aiming to reach the top 1% of apps and games.
  • Activate partnerships with Apple Ads, Google, Moloco, and AppsFlyer for co-marketing initiatives.
  • Transform service excellence into lead-generating assets such as case studies, webinars, and industry reports.
  • Own the pipeline by converting automated demand into high-value revenue in collaboration with Mobile Growth Partners.
