Nift is building a performance marketplace that helps brands acquire new customers through thoughtful “thank-you” gifts delivered to millions of consumers each month. Our marketplace connects leading consumer platforms with brands looking to reach high-intent audiences in moments where customers are already engaged. We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help us scale how Nift shows up in the market and turn marketing into a stronger driver of revenue, pipeline, and partner growth. This role sits at the center of marketing, sales, partnerships, and content. You will help turn strategy into execution across events, thought leadership, sales enablement, partner marketing, PR, and revenue-driving campaigns. You will work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to create structure, move work forward. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to build inside a fast-growing tech company, work close to revenue, and help shape a category.
