The Role AI Tool Strategy: Help define criteria for selecting new tools to onboard into the AI Garage Lab. Help define the right tools for the right personas at Kyndryl. Community Support & Engagement: Support Community Managers in building and maintaining networks of AI champions and users. Assist with planning and execution of enablement sessions, hackathons, and showcases. Coordinate communications, logistics, and follow-ups to drive engagement across stakeholder communities. Training & Enablement Delivery: Support rollout of training programs, including scheduling sessions and preparing materials. Contribute to development of enablement content such as guides, demos, and quick reference materials. Facilitate select sessions (e.g., office hours, walkthroughs) under guidance from senior team members. AI@Work Program Execution (Immediate Focus): Co-lead weekly AI learning sessions including content preparation, demos, and Q&A. Maintain AI@Work knowledge hub with session replays, guides, and FAQs. Monitor and respond to community questions via channels such as Viva Engage, ensuring timely follow-up. Metrics, Data & Operations Support: Manage AI tool usage data sets including collection, cleaning, and weekly refresh. Track adoption and engagement metrics and support reporting for leadership. Coordinate with IT, Security, and Admin teams on licensing, access, and issue resolution. Advanced Enablement & Scale (Longer-Term): Support development of AI enablement playbooks and repeatable learning assets. Guide advanced users to appropriate tools, environments, and governance guardrails under leadership direction. Help scale knowledge and best practices across the organization.
