About The Position

AlphaSense is seeking an AI Deployment Lead with Investment Banking experience to join their Product team. This role involves defining and driving the product roadmap by working directly with marquee financial services clients. The ideal candidate will have front-office finance experience, an understanding of how to leverage AI in workflows, and an interest in blending product development with the adoption of AI. The role focuses on reinventing investment banking workflows into agentic capabilities and applications on the AlphaSense platform, which includes scoping client processes, building client relationships, designing new AI use cases, and driving adoption. The goal is to make AlphaSense's SuperAnalyst core to how banking teams research, pitch, model, and execute.

Requirements

2+ years of work experience at a top-tier investment bank.
Strong fluency in financial modeling, valuation, M&A, capital markets, due diligence, and client presentations.
Exposure across the full deal cycle, from origination through execution, with hands-on ownership of live deal deliverables.
Outstanding communication skills, capable of leading polished product demos and explaining complex financial concepts.
Ability to build consultative trust with stakeholders from analysts to MDs.
GTM instinct for scoping proof-of-value, defining success criteria, and building business cases for successful client evaluations.
Genuine curiosity about AI and conviction about its potential to reshape investment banking.
Bachelor’s degree or above.

Responsibilities

Lead forward-deployed client engagements to build bespoke AI applications and fine-tune the product for specific workflows and outcomes.
Lead GTM demos showcasing SuperAnalyst's capabilities for real work tasks such as company research, financial modeling, valuation, and deliverables.
Build trusted, consultative relationships with stakeholders from analysts to MDs, acting as the domain voice in early conversations.
Scope evaluations that are tailored to each bank, build and calibrate custom skills to their coverage groups, product areas, and deal workflows.
Set success criteria with prospects, tie them to leadership-focused outcomes, and produce evidence to secure commitment.
Develop deep, hands-on fluency with SuperAnalyst's capabilities and underlying models to be the definitive authority on platform application for banking workflows.
Translate bespoke deployment solutions, new use case discoveries, and client feedback into central product features, shaping the roadmap and strengthening the company's edge.
