AI deployment engineer (Central)
About The Position
WRITER is hiring an AI Deployment Engineer to partner with enterprise customers and turn their business challenges into AI-powered solutions using WRITER’s platform and enterprise-grade LLMs. The role involves uncovering customer needs, validating technical feasibility, architecting tailored applications, and delivering solutions that generate measurable business results. The engineer will help customers adopt and expand WRITER’s AI solutions while contributing customer insights to product evolution. This is a hybrid role based out of WRITER hubs in San Francisco, Chicago, Austin, New York City, Seattle, and London. WRITER is open to hiring at multiple levels, with compensation ranges scaled to experience, expertise, and role scope.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of hands-on experience in technical SaaS roles.
- At least 3 years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or technical account management.
- Deep technical fluency in Python and extensive experience leveraging APIs.
- Experience designing sophisticated prompts and understanding linguistic principles for AI applications.
- Proven track record architecting and delivering complex technical solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence, including the ability to explain complex AI concepts to technical teams and C-suite leadership.
- A builder’s mindset and passion for emerging technologies, with eagerness to experiment, learn, and iterate in generative AI.
- A strong drive to connect with customers and internal teams, challenge the status quo with innovative solutions, and own outcomes for strategic accounts.
Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise customers to identify strategic AI use cases, validate technical feasibility, and own end-to-end implementation of tailored solutions.
- Architect and deliver custom applications, templates, and integrations using WRITER’s platform, APIs, and Knowledge Graph capabilities.
- Translate technical concepts and platform capabilities into clear, prescriptive solution recommendations for customers.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, sharing customer feedback to influence the product roadmap and support innovation.
- Develop scalable processes, documentation, and workflows for technical integrations to reduce customer time-to-value.
- Support successful adoption and expansion of WRITER’s AI solutions within customer accounts, maximizing impact and return on investment.
