About The Position

WRITER is hiring an AI Deployment Engineer to partner with enterprise customers, uncover their business challenges, and architect AI-powered solutions using WRITER’s platform and enterprise-grade LLMs. The role involves turning complex customer needs into high-impact applications and driving customer outcomes and product evolution. This is a hybrid role based out of WRITER hubs in San Francisco, Chicago, Austin, New York City, Seattle, or London. WRITER is open to hiring at multiple levels, with compensation scaled according to experience, expertise, and role scope.

Requirements

Over 5 years of hands-on experience in technical SaaS roles, including at least 3 years in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or technical account management.
Deep technical fluency in Python and extensive experience leveraging APIs.
Experience designing sophisticated prompts and understanding linguistic principles for AI applications.
Proven track record architecting and delivering complex technical solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
Exceptional communication and executive presence, including the ability to explain complex AI concepts to technical audiences and C-suite leaders.
A builder’s mindset and passion for emerging technologies, with eagerness to experiment, learn, and iterate.
Drive to connect with customers and internal teams, challenge the status quo with innovative solutions, and own outcomes for strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

Partner with enterprise customers to identify strategic AI use cases, validate technical feasibility, and own end-to-end implementation of tailored solutions.
Architect and deliver custom applications, templates, and integrations using WRITER’s platform, APIs, and Knowledge Graph capabilities.
Translate technical concepts and platform capabilities into clear solution recommendations and guide customers through generative AI.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, sharing customer feedback to influence the product roadmap and support innovation.
Develop scalable processes, documentation, and workflows for technical integrations to reduce customer time-to-value.
Promote successful adoption and expansion of WRITER’s AI solutions within customer accounts and support customer impact and return on investment.
