About The Position

Guidehouse is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to support AI Transformation projects. This role will focus on driving delivery, product design thinking, and adoption of AI-enabled solutions across business domains. The ideal candidate excels at navigating ambiguity, translating complex technical and business challenges into actionable plans, and driving outcomes through human-centered, agile delivery. This role partners closely with AI development teams, IT, business domains, and Change & Adoption teams to accelerate AI adoption and measurable value realization.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship is required
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Minimum FIVE (5) years of experience in program or product management within technology, data, AI, or digital transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of AI-enabled platforms, automation, and data-driven solutions, and how they support business transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply human-centered design (HCD) and design thinking to complex problem spaces.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Miro/Mural, Figma, and AI productivity tools is required.
  • Experience with agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and cross-functional team leadership.
  • Exceptional analytical, synthesis, and documentation skills; able to turn ambiguity into clarity and action.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable influencing across functions and seniority levels.
  • Experience supporting change management, adoption, and enablement for new technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of AI transformation projects, from discovery and problem definition through execution, launch, and optimization.
  • Apply product and agile delivery practices to ensure solutions are user-centered, scalable, and aligned to business outcomes.
  • Translate enterprise AI strategy into actionable roadmaps, MVP definitions, and phased delivery plans across business domains.
  • Partner with Domain Leads to align use cases to strategic priorities, readiness, and value potential.
  • Facilitate discovery, design thinking, and requirements workshops to identify high-impact AI and automation opportunities.
  • Drive synthesis of qualitative and quantitative inputs into clear problem statements, success metrics, and delivery plans.
  • Serve as a connective layer between AI development teams, IT, Data, Change & Adoption, and business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate dependencies, manage risks, and ensure clear communication across teams without formal authority.
  • Partner with change and communications leads to embed adoption, training, and feedback loops into delivery plans.
  • Ensure AI solutions are usable, adopted, and delivering intended value post-launch.
  • Define and track delivery milestones, KPIs, and value metrics using dashboards and reporting artifacts.
  • Continuously assess progress, adoption, and outcomes to inform prioritization and iteration.
