About The Position

Vantor is seeking an AI Content Engineer to build AI applications, agents, and automation that transform complex technical information into accurate, useful customer documentation. This role will focus on finding practical ways to use AI to improve documentation creation, maintenance, publishing, and delivery. Working closely with the Documentation team, the engineer will leverage large language models (LLMs), agentic AI, and automation to enhance content and publishing workflows, reduce manual effort, and increase the accessibility of technical knowledge for customers and AI-powered applications. The position also offers opportunities to apply these AI capabilities to other customer-facing workflows to improve efficiency and customer experience. A strong foundation in software engineering and demonstrated experience in building AI applications, agents, integrations, and automated workflows are essential for this role.
