About The Position

Vantor is seeking an AI Content Engineer to build AI applications, agents, and automation that transform complex technical information into accurate, useful customer documentation. This role involves finding practical ways to use AI to improve documentation creation, maintenance, publishing, and delivery. The AI Content Engineer will work primarily with the Documentation team, utilizing large language models (LLMs), agentic AI, and automation to enhance content and publishing workflows, reduce manual effort, and increase the accessibility of technical knowledge for customers and AI-powered applications. Opportunities also exist to apply these capabilities to other customer-facing workflows to improve efficiency and customer experience. This position requires strong software engineering fundamentals and demonstrated experience in building AI applications, agents, integrations, and automated workflows.
