About The Position

The AI Business Process Analyst is the organizational lens through which AI opportunities are identified, mapped, and prioritized. This role is responsible for conducting a comprehensive review of every department and its associated workflows understanding how work gets done today and synthesizing those findings into clear, actionable insights that guide AI implementation. This person bridges the gap between business operations and technology, translating what they observe on the ground into structured recommendations the team can act on. This is not a coding role. It is a critical thinking, process design, and communication role. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, operationally sharp, and skilled at earning trust quickly across departments because the quality of their output depends entirely on what people are willing to share with them. Candidates with a consulting background are strongly encouraged to apply. The ability to enter an unfamiliar organization, rapidly build context, and produce structured insights under time pressure is directly applicable to this work. Our AI Business Process Analyst will abide by SOC 2 data security controls.
