Requirements

  • Corporate travel experience with direct exposure to Travel Quality Systems and GDS scripting.
  • Experience with Concur Compleat, iQCX, AQUA, etc.
  • Experience with Sabre Scribe or Sabre Red Apps.
  • Experience with Amadeus Smart Scripts/ Smart Flows/ Quality Monitor.
  • Proven hands-on experience with at least two GDS platforms (Amadeus, Apollo, Galileo, Sabre, or Travelport Plus), including knowledge of industry practices and corporate travel standards.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, effectively setting and managing expectations with internal and external partners.
  • Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and consistently deliver high-quality results on time.

Responsibilities

  • Defining, developing, and delivering mid-office technology solutions and agent-facing systems.
  • Leading testing efforts.
  • Documenting system behavior and processes for operational and support teams.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert (SME) across supported platforms.
  • Overseeing the evaluation and delivery of automation-related requests and projects, including quality control systems, GDS scripting, and business analysis.
  • Driving agent productivity, end-to-end automation, and operational quality through innovative technology solutions.
  • Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translating operational needs into functional specifications and solutions.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to validate and ensure accuracy of business and technical requirements.
  • Managing intake, prioritization, and tracking of requests and projects.
  • Coordinating delivery across teams, including QA, development, and releases.
  • Owning release of features and functions, including coordinating QA and UAT testing as well as coordinating release with other applicable tools and teams.
  • Ensuring solutions meet requirements through QA, UAT, and validation.
  • Monitoring system performance and resolving issues impacting quality control processes.
  • Owning subject matter expertise across systems and processes.
  • Establishing and maintaining standards, documentation, and process governance.
  • Driving issue resolution, solution validation, and knowledge sharing to support continuous improvement.
