Requirements

Strong track record in business operations, strategy, or consulting, with the ability to quickly understand business operations and identify areas for improvement.
Strong business analysis and systems thinking skills; ability to analyze complex operations and understand underlying structures.
Ability to work across an organization, gather information, align stakeholders, and drive decisions to completion.
Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with comfort in working directly with executives.
Ability to translate business problems into clear requirements and technical constraints into plain language.
Curiosity about AI and a genuine interest in understanding how it reshapes businesses; no prior AI system building experience required, but the ability to identify value and specify AI solutions is necessary.
A bias for speed; comfort with moving fast, navigating ambiguity, and managing multiple short cycles.
Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

Work with senior client leaders to understand their strategic goals and identify opportunities for AI, automation, analytics, and improved data utilization.
Collaborate across client and internal teams to translate business goals into actionable solutions, gather necessary information, align stakeholders, and drive decision-making.
Map current business processes and design future-state workflows.
Write clear, implementation-ready specifications for the engineering team.
Prioritize a portfolio of opportunities with client leadership, considering value, feasibility, and strategic importance.
Stay closely involved in the development process to ensure the final product aligns with the identified opportunity.
