Requirements

  • Strong track record in business operations, strategy, or consulting, with the ability to quickly understand business operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong business analysis and systems thinking skills; ability to analyze complex operations and understand underlying structures.
  • Ability to work across an organization, gather information, align stakeholders, and drive decisions to completion.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with comfort in working directly with executives.
  • Ability to translate business problems into clear requirements and technical constraints into plain language.
  • Curiosity about AI and a genuine interest in understanding how it reshapes businesses; no prior AI system building experience required, but the ability to identify value and specify AI solutions is necessary.
  • A bias for speed; comfort with moving fast, navigating ambiguity, and managing multiple short cycles.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

  • Work with senior client leaders to understand their strategic goals and identify opportunities for AI, automation, analytics, and improved data utilization.
  • Collaborate across client and internal teams to translate business goals into actionable solutions, gather necessary information, align stakeholders, and drive decision-making.
  • Map current business processes and design future-state workflows.
  • Write clear, implementation-ready specifications for the engineering team.
  • Prioritize a portfolio of opportunities with client leadership, considering value, feasibility, and strategic importance.
  • Stay closely involved in the development process to ensure the final product aligns with the identified opportunity.
