Requirements

• Master’s in Computational Mathematics, Computational Physics, Statistics, Computer Science or related.
• Prior experience w/ or academic exposure to: implementing complex algorithms in high-performance scalable software
• computational modeling using Python
• coding programming solutions for large-scale parallel computing
• utilizing regression methods, numerical linear algebra, Monte Carlo simulations, & optimization techniques using scientific computing packages (i.e. NumPy, SciPy, Pandas)
• visualizing & presenting data using matplotlib & gnuplot
• Linux/shell, Bitbucket/Git, machine learning, & cloud computing environments

Responsibilities

• Research/analyze/evaluate proprietary algorithms to support artificial intelligence, machine learning, & data analytics tools
• Implement algorithms in highly scalable, high-performance software
• Research/prototype/implement new methods to solve scalability & optimization issues
• Work with product development through full development cycle, from inception to prototyping & release
