About The Position

Threat Tec, LLC is seeking an Agile Program Manager to lead a large, cross-functional professional services team supporting U.S. Army simulation, training, test, and threat acquisition programs in Orlando, Florida, and at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. This key personnel role leads the overall contract effort and transitions a traditional staffing model to an Agile, capacity-based model in which work is pulled from a prioritized backlog and success is measured by outcomes and delivery velocity rather than headcount. The Program Manager is the primary interface with senior Army program leadership and has full authority over daily contract operations. The role requires availability within the 0600–1800 operating window. The Program Manager manages an enterprise capacity pool across engineering, analysis, logistics, finance, cyber, and program support; scales Agile practices across multiple teams; owns Jira capacity, backlog, planning, forecasting, metrics, and dashboards; and uses delivery data to identify risk, improve performance, and maximize productivity. The role also includes senior Government briefings, contract transition leadership, workforce retention and onboarding, and live Agile demonstrations and capability briefings. Compensation is $160,000–$195,000 per year. Actual compensation depends on job-related factors, including experience, education, certifications, security clearance requirements, internal equity, and customer or contract requirements. Threat Tec is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer and may use AI tools to support parts of its hiring process; final hiring decisions are made by humans.
