About the Role: An Agile Delivery Lead provides support to leadership and Agile teams as well as project management of various major initiatives. You’ll work closely with the Falcon Complete Automation team to manage their agile process, oversee project progress and timelines, and help the Falcon Complete teams prioritize and track requests amongst each other and across multiple business units.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience working as a Program or Project Manager, at least 1+ years’ experience delivering projects involving AI and emerging technologies
  • Advanced Knowledge of Atlassian tools – JIRA / Wiki
  • Strong grasp of agile methodology and project/portfolio management fundamentals
  • Experience exploring a customer’s problem space and addressing their needs through documentation
  • Experience in exceptional audience analysis, written and verbal communication, and problem solving
  • Demonstrated ability to make complex subjects easy to comprehend and fostering meaningful interactions
  • Passion for seizing opportunities for improvement at every turn
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card Holder
  • This role will require the candidate to periodically undergo and pass additional background and fingerprint check(s) consistent with government customer requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of and experience with technical audiences, cybersecurity, and startups.
  • Experience as a Jira global and/or project admin.
  • Project Management (PMP or similar) and/or Agile methodology (CSM or similar) certifications

Responsibilities

  • Synthesizing technical and business strategy inputs into clear plans, priorities and actionable roadmaps
  • Co-ordinate multiple projects and initiatives independently from planning through delivery, ensuring process alignment and stakeholder participation throughout
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, track progress and reinforce accountability to ensure projects are delivered on schedule
  • Define and lead operational cadences including Falcon Complete Agile ceremonies (stand ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives), roadmap checkpoints and Leadership/Executive reporting, working at both a detailed level and a strategic level
  • Ensure demos and training to end users are performed, especially for impactful changes to end user’s processes and workflows.
  • Create and report on team and project metrics.
  • Create well written user-centered notifications for technical and business audiences and communicate updates timely (e.g. announcements, project updates, process documentation).
  • Triage new tickets submitted to the backlog, prioritize, and assign them.
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog for the teams and structure according to quarterly objectives.
  • Remove blockers for the Agile and project teams (e.g., create tickets for access, obtain timely status updates, etc.).
  • Support Falcon Complete in our Agile maturity journey and drive process improvements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and advocate for the Agile and project teams.
  • Administration of Jira workflows and automation within the Falcon Complete Jira Projects.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
